On the water
What you can see
Every charter is private, just your group on the boat. Your captain works with you to plan a route based on conditions, the time you have, and what you'd like to see. Here are some of the places people love most.
The Narrows
Lake George's most pristine stretch: towering cliffs, hidden coves, untouched coastline, and scenic islands along a roughly 6-mile passage of clear water.
Best with a 3–4 hour charter. It's about a 45-minute cruise south from Hague.
Rogers Rock & Anthony’s Nose
Rogers Slide's towering rock face rises right out of the water, and Anthony's Nose's mountain profile is unmistakable from the lake. Both are just north of Hague.
A highlight on any charter length, including 2 hours.
History along the shore
French & Indian War sites, old mines, the history that shaped the northern end of Lake George.
Wildlife
Eagles overhead, herons in the coves, and the occasional loon if conditions are right.
Sailboat races
Weekend mornings, catch sailboat racing in Hague Bay. The best seat is on the water.
A quiet swim spot
If the day's warm enough, your captain can anchor at a calm cove and let you stretch your legs in the water.
